Industry Minister receives Russian Ambassador

Manama, Nov. 29 (BNA): Industry and Commerce Minister Abdullah bin Adel Fakhro received Russian Ambassador to Bahrain Alexey Skosyrev. The meeting reviewed the developments and arrangements for the third meeting of the Bahraini-Russian Intergovernmental Committee for Commercial, Economic, Scientific and Technological Cooperation. The minister stressed the government’s interest in developing global relations, pointing to the importance of mutual visits and economic events in strengthening bilateral ties. He stressed the positive business environment in the Kingdom in light of the government's strategies and visions aimed at localizing investments and making Bahrain an ideal choice for investors. The ambassador congratulated the minister on the Royal trust, wishing him success in his new position, and stressed his keenness to expand business and economic relations.
