Information Minister receives Arab League Assistant Secretary General

Manama, July 28 (BNA): Information Affairs Minister Dr. Ramzan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi received the Arab League's Assistant Secretary-General and Head of the Arab Affairs and National Security Sector, Ambassador Khalil Ibrahim Al Thawadi. The minister praised the ambassador’s efforts in the media and diplomatic field and his long experience in the field of joint Arab action, in addition to his distinguished contributions in the journalistic and literary march. The meeting discussed ways to develop the media sector and reviewed cooperation between the ministry and the Ministry of Information Affairs and the League of Arab States, especially in the media field. The ambassador praised the minister's interest in developing Bahrain's media sector. He presented the minister a copy of his book “We meet on love and prosperity” which includes a series of his various articles published in Al Ayam newspaper.
