Information Minister receives Egyptian Ambassador

Manama, Feb. 13 (BNA): Information Affairs Minister, Ali bin Mohammed Al-Romaihi, received here today the newly appointed Egyptian Ambassador to Bahrain, Yasser Mohammed Ahmed Shaaban. The minister welcomed the envoy, and wished him every success in carrying out his diplomatic duties. Al-Romaihi expressed pride in the solid deep-rooted Bahraini-Egyptian relations which he described as a role model for Arab solidarity and joint keenness on regional and global security and peace. Ambassador Yasser Shaaban expressed thanks and appreciation to the Information Minister for the warm welcome accorded to him, as well as for his interest in strengthening the brotherly bilateral ties and enhancing joint media cooperation and coordination.
