Interior Minister meets GCC Secretary-General

Manama, Oct.28 (BNA): Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received today the GCC Secretary-General Dr Nayef Falah Mubarak Al Hajraf. Chief of Public Security, Lt-General Tariq Al Hassan and Assistant GCC Secretary-General for Legal Affairs, Khalifa Al Fadhel attended the meeting. The minister Dr. Al-Hajraf, hailing the active role of the GCC General Secretariat in developing the joint Gulf security work and following the decisions of Their Highnesses and Excellencies Interior Ministers. The meeting focused on topics of common interest to promote security cooperation. The GCC Secretary-General expressed gratitude for meeting the minister, hailing the efforts of the Interior Ministry in the protection of security and stability in Bahrain.
