Interior Minister receives 5th Fleet Commander

Manama, Feb. 7(BNA): The Minister of Interior General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al-Khalifa received US Naval Forces Central Command, US 5th Fleet and Combined Maritime Forces, Vice Admiral James Malloy. The meeting was attended by US Ambassador to Bahrain, Justin Siberell and Chief of Public Security Major-General Tariq Al Hassan. The minister welcomed the guest and wished him all the best in his new job duties in serving the interests of the two friendly countries. They reviewed bilateral relations, security cooperation and issues of common interest.
