Interior Minister receives American Jewish Committee delegation

Manama, Sept. 11 (BNA): Interior Minister, General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, received here today the American Jewish Committee delegation, headed by the panel Political Affairs official Jason Isaacson. The minister welcomed the delegation for the visit that was within the framework of exchanging views, affirming the Kingdom’s democratic process led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. He highlighted the strong relations and strategic partnership between Bahrain and the United States to promote regional security and international peace. Head and members of the delegation hailed the security stability in Bahrain. The meeting discussed relations and cooperation between the two friendly countries, as well as topics of common interest.
