Iran-China Sign Labor Co-op Agreement

Tehran, May 28, IRNA - Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Affairs Abdorreza Shekholeslami on Sunday singed an agreement with Chinese Minister of Human Resources and Social Security Yin Wei Min on mutual labor cooperation. Based on the agreement, both sides agreed on labor cooperation, planning for implementation of joint projects with an aim of expanding cooperation, exchange of experts, holding joint technical and professional workshops, employment and social security, supporting small and medium-sized industries and a comprehensive system of information on labor markets. The Chinese minister, heading a delegation, arrived in Tehran on May 19 at the invitation of his Iranian counterpart for talks on issues of mutual interests./end
