Iran Culture Minister Calls For Boost In Ties With Lebanon

Tehran, March 4, IRNA – Iranian Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Mohammad Hosseini in a meeting with his visiting Lebanese counterpart Gaby Layoun here on Sunday called for expansion of bilateral cultural ties. As to ancient and profound relations between the two nations, Hosseini stressed that Tehran and Beirut enjoy amicable ties. Citing Teheran-Beirut relations as cordial, he voiced the Islamic Republic of Iranˈs willingness to host Lebanon Cultural Week in Iran.
