Iranian publisher Shabaviz wins European customer satisfaction prize

TEHRAN,May 20 (MNA) -- Iran’s Shabaviz Publishing Company is among the winners of this year’s International Diamond Prizes for Customer Satisfaction, which are presented by the European Society for Quality Research (ESQR). The Shabaviz will receive the award during a ceremony on June 24 in Rome, the publishing company announced in a press release on Saturday. The ESQR gives this prize to outstanding companies and organizations in Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Oceania to recognize companies’ efforts and achievements in meeting customer expectations. For the winners, the importance of fulfilling customers’ expectations is a key element in their daily operations and long-term strategies. This event will also bring together quality professionals, academic experts, diplomats and business leaders interested in the advances and new strategies in customer satisfaction and quality management. Winners are chosen by a ballot of customers, consumers, former award winning companies, suppliers, collaborating companies and several other organizations. Shabaviz, one of the leading publishers of children’s books in Iran, has won several awards in international events.
