Iran`s Sepahan advances to last 16

TEHRAN,May 2(MNA)--Sepahan of Iran defeated Al Nasr of the United Arab Emirates and reached to the knockout stage of the AFC Champions League. In the match held at the Al-Maktoum Stadium on Tuesday, Sepahan beat 10-man Al Nasr 3-0 and booked a place in the AFC Champions League knockout stage. Bruno Cesar gave the visiting team a lead one minute before the break. Five minutes into the second half, Al Nasr keeper Abdullah Mousa was sent off by the referee. Xhevahir Sukaj extended Sepahan’s lead in the 69th minute and Mehdi Seyed Salehi made it 3-0 in the 77th minute.
