Justice Minister receives EP delegation

Manama, Nov. 2 (BNA): Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, Shaikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, received here today a delegation from the European Parliament (EP), led by the member of the Foreign Affairs Committee, Amjad Bashir, in the presence of the head of the convoy of hounour of the delegation, MP Abdulrahman Bu Majeed. The Minister praised the ever-progressing friendship relations between Bahrain and European countries, highlighting the importance of such visits to bolster bilateral cooperation and coordinate stances on issues of joint interest. The two sides also reviewed aspects of joint cooperation and coordination. Assistant Undersecretary for Statistics, Planning and Communication, Dana Al-Zayani, was also present.
