Kazakhstan decorates several Turkish officials with state medal

ANKARA (A.A) – Several Turkish officials were decorated with Kazakhstan's state medal due to their contributions in development of relations between Turkey and Kazakhstan. A ceremony took place in Kazakhstan's Embassy in Ankara on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic ties between the two countries, and the Turkish officials were presented their medals. Former president Suleyman Demirel, presidency secretary general Mustafa Isen and Justice & Development (AK) Party deputy chairman Huseyin Celik were among the officials who were decorated with the medal under the directives of Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
