Keenness on boosting Bahraini-UAE relations stressed

Manama, Dec. 13 (BNA): Ambassador Abdul Redha Abdulla Al-Khouri of the United Arab Emirates to the Kingdom of Bahrain today hosted a dinner banquet in honor of Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh. A number of Shura members and media men also attended. The UAE Ambassador pointed out the depth of the relations bonding the two countries and their people, and keenness of both leaderships on constantly boosting them. He said the social meetings reflect the genuine Arab customs, they also strengthen the fraternal ties which are a source of pride for all. He commended the key role of the Shura Council in developing the legislative relations between the two countries. He hailed the participation of the Second Deputy Chairman Jameela Salman in the Summit of Women Speakers hosted by Abu Dhabi under the chairmanship of HH Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairperson of the General Women's Union also Chairperson of the Family Development Foundation.
