King congratulated by Prime Minister on UNIDO honour

Manama, Nov. 22 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has received a cable of congratulations from His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa on being granted the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO)'s award in recognition of HM's efforts to enhance development, consolidate Bahrain's status in entrepreneurship and empower women in the economic fields. HRH Premier asserted that the global honouring confirms anew the international appreciation enjoyed by HM King Hamad in recognition of his landmark achievements in various fields for the sake of fulfilling the aspirations of the loyal Bahraini people for more progress, prosperity and decent living and building a robust comprehensive development base that is capable of dealing with various global crises confidently. While expressing delight with the well-deserved prestigious award conferred on HM the King, HRH the Prime Minister voiced pride in HM King Hamad's wise leadership, stressing strong resolve to continue exerting tremendous efforts in order to achieve the royal aspirations for the well-being of the nation and the citizens. HRH Premier prayed Allah the Almighty to bless HM the King with abundant good health, happiness and long life.
