King singled out as reform-minded leader

Washington, Dec. 12 (BNA): The Washington Times, an American daily newspaper, in an article published today by Ron Sobhani, praised His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa as a reliable and trustworthy leader and a majour ally to the United States, highlighting HM the King's analytical outlook and his regional relations. The article said that the Kingdom of Bahrain is an important country for the United States for its strategic geographic location situated in the heart of the Arabian Gulf, and it is a model of religious freedom, tolerance and openness. The article pointed out Bahrain's unique cultural, economic and geopolitical features that deserve attracting the interest of the US and boosting the bilateral relations, calling HM the King a reform-minded leader. It also noted Bahrain's honourable stances towards the US.
