King's Advisor attends conclusion of Arab Sport between Reality and Ambition conference

Manama, Oct. 31 (BNA): The curtain has been rolled down on a major international conference highlighting sport in the Arab world. "Arab Sport between Reality and Ambition" was organized by Bahrain Sports Pioneers Association under the patronage of First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA) and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC), His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
The concluding ceremony was attended by His Majesty the King’s Advisor for Youth and Sport Affairs, Chairman of Bahrain Sports Pioneers Association, Saleh bin Isa bin Hindi Al Mennai, and President of the Arab Sport Pioneers Association (ASPA), Dr. Mohammed bin Salman Al Ruwaished.
HM the King’s Advisor praised the prominent efforts made by the Bahrain Sports Pioneers Association and the organizing committee to achieve the desired goals of the first conference which cast light on the sport, economic and civilizational achievements brought about by the Kingdom of Bahrain in the Prosperous era of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, with the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
HM the King’s Advisor for Youth and Sport Affairs commended the support accorded to the youth and sport sector by Representative of His Majesty the King for Youth and Sport Affairs, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa. He stressed that HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa’s patronage of the conference has contributed to its success. He pointed out the importance of the academic papers presented by the lecturers over two years.
Al Mennai lauded the efforts of the organizing committee, stressing the high competencies in the Kingdom of Bahrain and their ability to organize major events. He honored the organizing committee and the keynote speakers.
HM the King’s Advisor for Youth and Sport Affairs and ASPA President distributed the certificates on the participants in the conference.
