Kuwaiti Amir praises bilateral ties

Kuwait, Apr. 16 (BNA): The Amir of Kuwait HH Shaikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has received Foreign Affairs Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa in the presence of Crown Prince HH Shaikh Nawaf Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. The minister conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and those of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister to their brother HH Shaikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait, wishing him good health and prosperity to the brotherly people of Kuwait. HH the Amir welcomed the minister, praising the historically deep-rooted fraternal relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait, hailing their joint cooperation in various fields to achieve common goals and aspirations. He also praised the continuous interaction and solid relations between the two countries and entrusted the Minister of Foreign Affairs to convey his greetings to the leadership of Bahrain, wishing the country constant progress and prosperity. Shaikh Khalid affirmed that the high interest accorded by His Majesty the King and His Highness the Amir of Kuwait to the solid historical relations linking both friendly countries represents a catalyst for further cooperation at levels, expressing sincere thanks to the State of Kuwait for its supportive stances towards the Kingdom of Bahrain at all circumstances.
