Kyrgyzstan congratulates Kazakhstan on Independence Day
Bishkek, December 16, 2009 (Khabar) - Inter-ethnic accord and renunciation of nuclear weapons are two fundamental positions of leadership in Kazakhstan. Prominent public figures in Kyrgyzstan believe that focus on people’s well-being allowed Kazakhstan’s initiatives to acquire the scale of global importance. This is one more significant stroke to the portrait of the sovereign Kazakhstan, that is celebrating 18 years of its independence.
Zhanyl Tumenbayeva, chairwoman of the Council of People’s Assembly of Kyrgyzstan:
- Today Kazakhstan being a multiethnic state is a stable state with good prospects for development, strategy development. I would like especially to mention the issue that Kazakhstan being a great nuclear power refused from it in favor of peace and refused from nuclear weapons. Kazakhstan hosts such a unique event, as Congress of world and traditional religions, uniting representatives of various faiths with one aim, for the benefit of a man.
