Labour Minister meets GCC official

Manama, May 5 (BNA): Labour and Social Development Minister Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan received Gulf Accreditation Centre director-general Ahmed Al-Matairi and discussed the role of the establishment in promoting inspection and professional health and safety at work sites. Industry, Commerce and Industry Ministry Assistant Undersecretary for Domestic Trade Hameed Youssef Rahma attended the meeting which focused also on the role of the centre in providing technical support to employees and providing a GCC database for employees working in the sector of vocational health and safety.
