Land artist Nadalian’s works to be reviewed at IAF

TEHRAN,April 26(MNA) -- Activities and artworks by Iranian land artist Ahmad Nadalian will be reviewed in a program arranged at the Iranian Artists Forum (IAF) opening on May 6. Nadalian is invited to give a review of his works he has created in different stages, while one of his artworks is due to be discussed in the second part of the program, director of the program Jamshid Haqiqatshenas told on Wednesday. The third and final part of the program is dedicated to a question and answer panel, in which Nadalian will be answering questions asked by participants, he said. Haqiqatshenas also said that he selected artists that he knows well and with whom he is more familiar for this program, which, of course, centers on living artists rather than the deceased ones. He further noted that this program helps familiarize people with the artist and his works and activities through questions, which is more effective as compared to the exhibition of artworks. “We are determined to expand our activities and add sculptures to the program. As I have said before, the type of art is not important, what matters is the artistic movement,” he added.
