Laureates of “Shabyt” festival are named

Astana, November 10, 2009 (Khabar) - 12th International festival of creative youth “Shabyt” has congratulated the winners. On Sunday, a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners and winners of the competition was held in Astana at the Palace of Peace and Accord. Grand Prix in the category “literature" was given Aisha Kuderina from Pavlodar, in the category "art" – to Uliya Muldagalieva from Almaty, Vladislav Kosminov from Uzbekistan was awarded for his success in performing of classical music, and the best in the "pop singing became Aizhan Nusuvalieva from Kyrgyzstan. Sarsembayev Eldar, one of the brightest stars of the capital’s Opera and Ballet Theater of Kulyash Baiseitova won President's Cup and Grand Prix in the category "Classical Dance".

- Of course, I did not expect that after the Grand Prix I will also win President's Cup. Of course, this is not my first contest. My first competition was in 2006, and since then I have been traveling around the world, take the places and try to win victory for our country.

The festival “Shabyt” lasted for almost one week, during of which about 400 contestants competed for the title of the best in each of six nominations. The jury consisted of artists and art figures from Austria, Britain, Italy, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkey, France, Switzerland and South Korea.
