Legislation and Legal Opinion Commission receives delegation from UAE Supreme Legislation committee

Manama, Dec. 6 (BNA): Chairman of the Legislation and Legal Opinion Commission, Chancellor Nawaf Abdullah Hamza, praised strong historical relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the UAE. He was speaking as he received a delegation from the UAE Supreme Legislation committee led by Secretary General Ahmed Said Al Mehiri, Assistant Secretary General Mlohammed Juma’a Al-Suwaidi, Legislation Director Isa Ahmed Ali, Legal Opinion and Fatwa Director Dr. Saud Abid Al-Mansouri, and Isa Darwish Al-Merri. The meeting was held on the sidelines of the delegation’s official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The delegation’s visit to the Legislation and Legal Opinion Commission aims to discuss cooperation and exchange experiences. The meeting was attended from the commission by the Deputy Chairman Chancellor Shaikha Meriam bint Abdulwahab Al Khalifa and a number of directors and advisors.
