Marigold field: winter attraction in Bangkok

BANGKOK, Nov 15 (TNA) – The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) promotes the marigold field as a new attraction in Lat Phrao district. Bangkok governor Pol Gen Aswin Kwanmuang said 10 rai plot of land on Prasertmanukit road behind Satri Witthaya School 2 becomes yellow field with 19,999 marigolds grown on this roadside empty land. The BMA wants to make use of land, which belongs to the Siam Prachakarn company, so people can relax and take photos of the beautiful scenery of full bloom flowers until December. He asked visitors to help keep the place clean for other people to admire the flower filed in the city during this winter. (TNA)
