Meetings of leaders of the youth organizations of CIS and SCO countries

Astana, October 30, 2009 (Khabar) - Leaders of the youth organizations of the CIS and SCO countries-participants met with the first deputy of the head of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Nurtai Abykaev and the chairman of the council of “Bolashak” Association Baurzhan Baibek. Representatives of state structures, heads of youth wings of political parties of China, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, India, Pakistan, Moldova, Mongolia, Belarus and Russia have gathered in Astana to discuss questions of integration of youth on the Eurasian space, to exchange ideas of advancement of a youth policy and development of personnel potential. Behind a round table in Parliament they have decided to create Youth inter-parliamentary assembly of the state-participants CIS and SCO.

Alexander Koika, president of National Youth Council of Moldova:
- Meetings were really very productive, and the main thing that all youth organizations which are present here, took the strategic decision to bend all efforts of youth to the Eurasian integration, that is creation of a uniform platform of the youth organizations to all Eurasian space.
