Member of Al-Azhar Council of Senior Scholars: Bahrain Dialogue Forum is an acknowledgment of human fraternity march

Cairo, Oct. 29 (BNA): Member of Al-Azhar Council of Senior Scholars, Chairman of the Egyptian House of Representatives Religious Committee, His Eminence Dr. Ali Juma’a stressed the importance of the Bahrain Forum for Dialogue: East and West for Human Coexistence, which will be held under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, coinciding with the historic official visit of His Holiness Pope Francis to the Kingdom of Bahrain at the invitation of HM the King. He affirmed that the forum will convene at a time when the world is filled with conflicts and problems like climate change and the global food crisis. In a statement to Al-Azhar media centre, HE Dr. Ali Juma’a noted that the Bahrain Forum for Dialogue is a necessity to foster human fraternity through the worship of one God. He commended holding the forum under the patronage of HM the King, and with the participation of Al-Azhar Grand Imam, Chairman of the Muslim Council of Elders, His Eminence Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, and His Holiness Pope Francis. He also pointed out the participation of religious representatives from around the world as well as a host of intellectuals and media persons.
