Minister of Labor Chairs Meeting of National Committee for Combating Human Trafficking

Doha, June 29 (QNA) - The National Committee for Combating Human Trafficking held its first periodic meeting for 2022, under the chairmanship of HE Minister of Labor Dr. Ali bin Samikh Al Marri, Chairman of the Committee. During the meeting, a wide range of proposals were reviewed, including the projects aimed at strengthening the protection and support for human trafficking victims, in addition to fostering the role of National Committee for Combating Human Trafficking, boosting coordination between the committee and the competent authorities in the state of Qatar in this regard.
