Minister receives Bhutan ambassador's credentials copy

Manama, Mar. 6 (BNA): Foreign Affairs Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa today received Tshering Gyaltshen Penjor who presented a copy of his credentials as ambassador-designate of Bhutan Kingdom to the Kingdom of Bahrain, residing in Kuwait. The minister welcomed the ambassador and affirmed the friendly relations between the two countries. The minister also reviewed ways to strengthen these relations to meet the common aspirations of the two friendly countries and peoples, wishing the ambassador-designate further success in fulfilling his diplomatic duties. The ambassador-designate noted the keenness of Bhutan Kingdom to develop friendly relations with the Kingdom of Bahrain at all levels, wishing Bahrain continued progress and prosperity.
