Minister receives Russian envoy

Manama, Feb. 18 (BNA): Industry, Commerce and Tourism Minister, Zayed bin Rashid Al-Zayani, received here today the Russian Ambassador to Bahrain Vagif Garaev, who was accompanied by the Charge d'Affaires at the Russian Embassy, Ruslan Guchetl. They reviewed bilateral relations, as well as ways to bolster joint cooperation in order to meet the aspirations of the leaderships of the two friendly countries. The minister underlined the government’s interest and constant keenness on enhancing the kingdom’s relations with all brotherly and friendly countries. He stressed the importance of exchanged visits and joint economic events in advancing bilateral relations. The minister highlighted the kingdom’s investment-friendly environment, as well as the incentives and facilities provided by the government to investors from all over the world. He also shed light on the existing laws that protect investments and support economic openness, in line with the government’s visions to attract investments to the kingdom in order to make it the best option for investors.
