Mosques to remain as center for anti-Zionist resistance till Palestine freedom: Spox

Tehran, IRNA – The spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry underlined Sunday that all mosques of the world will remain as the anti-Zionists resistance centers till the full freedom of Palestine. Nasser Kanaani made the remarks in a Twitter post to mark World Mosque Day on August 21. Resistance is the only way to rescue Palestine, the spokesman stressed. As Kanaani wrote, the Zionists set fire to Al-Aqsa Mosque – the first Muslim qibla – 53 years ago and that was neither their first crime nor the last. World Mosque Day marks the Zionists’ 1969 attack on Al-Aqsa Mosque on August 21.
