Nasser and Khalid bin Hamad Welcome the Republic of Chechen President at Bahrain International Airport

Manama, Nov. 15 (BNA): HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) and HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Athletics Association received on Wednesday the Chechen Republic President HE Mr Ramzan Akhmadovich Kadyrov upon arriving at Bahrain International Airport. HE Mr Kadyrov was welcomed in the Kingdom of Bahrain to a formal ceremony marking his official visit, where he exchanged warm talks on the bilateral ties among both countries and their people with HH Shaikh Nasser and HH Shaikh Khalid. During the reception, HH Shaikh Nasser extended to HE the Chechen Republic President the greetings and appreciation of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain and HM's wishes to his country for further success and prosperity across all fields. Meanwhile, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa underscored that the Kingdom of Bahrain is keen to construct solid and strong relationships with various countries, among which is the Chechen Republic, noting the importance of maintaining the strong bonds between the two friendly countries. He pointed out that the links between both countries have been based on a firm foundation of constant communication, affection, mutual respect and trust. Furthermore, HH Shaikh Nasser praised the role of HE the Chechen Republic President in bolstering the friendly ties among Bahrain and his country in various areas as well as HE's keenness to build active relations between both countries on the basis of friendship and common interests. He also applauded the comprehensive renaissance witnessed by the Chechen Republic in various fields of development, wishing it and its friendly people continuous progress and prosperity.
