National Guard Staff Director praises Flag of Glory 1 performance

Manama, Nov. 12 (BNA): National Guard Staff (NGS)’s Director Staff Maj- Gen Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa praised the leadership’s performance of the Flag of Glory 1 drill that aimed at maintaining national security, stability, defending the homeland’s gains and preserving safety of citizens and residents. The NGS Director said the drill has been performed in line with the directives of the NGS Chief Lt-Gen Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa to test the National Guards’ performance, in collaboration with other security agencies, to maintain the homeland’s security under the leadership of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. He noted the drill reflected the good results of the National Guard’s modernization and development training programmes. It targeted assessing the capabilities and readiness of the Command and Control Systems in carrying out the tasks assigned. The drill covered various regions of Bahrain.
