New bill “On migration” was presented in Majilis
Astana, October 29, 2009 (Khabar) - It is developed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection within the limits of the concept of the migratory policy till 2015.
In the project division of labor migrants on categories: foreign workers, highly skilled experts, seasonal foreign workers and business migrants, those who is engaged in enterprise activity is provided. Thus foreign experts and seasonal workers will be involved on the quota established by the government. Now there is only a general quota on a foreign labor whereas in world practice there are branch kinds of quotas. The bill defines 9 types of migratory streams and also concrete mechanisms of management of these streams.

- Every person who arrives in the country should know the conditions of work, study of another mission. That is why regulation of the process is important, and we liberalize the law in some spheres and toughen it somewhere, so we make the possibility of arriving attractive.
