NIHR holds training on civil society organisations

Manama, Mar. 8 (BNA): The National Institution for Human Rights, in collaboration with the Consulate of the Netherlands, staged a civil activity entitled "Role of civil society organisations in promoting and protecting human rights". Human rights expert Saddam Azzam made a presentation on the concept, elements and components of civil society organisations and their role in promoting and protecting human rights, their functions and the right to establish and join them.
