NIHR's achievements praised

Manama, Jan. 23 (BNA): Council of Representatives Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla today received a delegation from the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) led by President Dr. Abdulaziz Abul. The Speaker pointed out the NIHR's vital role in preserving human rights in Bahrain, stressing the significance of cooperation and coordination with government and private institutions to meet the set goals during the royal reform era. He praised the NIHR's achievements, integrity and impartiality, noting Bahrain's support for human rights and promoting democracy and development in various areas in the interest of the homeland and citizens.
