Northern Governor receives US embassy Charge D' Affaires

Manama, Sept. 21 (BNA): Northern Governor, Ali bin Al-Shaikh Abdul Hussain Al Asfoor, received the US embassy Charge D’Affaires Margaret Nardi, in the presence of Tina Suleiman, the embassy’s Responsible for Political Affairs. The Northern Governor stressed the depth of relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the USA, commending bilateral coordination regarding issues of common interest. He also highlighted the governorate’s pioneering role in serving citizens and fighting the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. Nardi commended strong relations between the two friendly countries, stressing the need to further boost bilateral cooperation.
