NSSA participates in Global Geospatial intelligence Conference 2021

Manama, Feb. 8 (BNA): The National Space Science Agency (NSSA) participated in the Global Geospatial intelligence Conference 2021, the largest scientific forum specialized in geospatial intelligence. The NSSA’s participation embodies its keenness to keep abreast of the latest strategies, trends and technologies in space science and geospatial exploration. The conference's area of focus this year was “identifying the best methods to respond to the new challenges and opportunities arising from the Covid-19 pandemic." The NSSA’s participation was in response to an invitation from the organizers of the international event. The conference included sessions and interviews related to adapting the geospatial intelligence strategy (GEOINT) to enhance the decision-making process across the defense and security network. It also highlighted the latest technologies and capabilities in the market with the aim of building stronger partnerships to enhance operations, face challenges and leverage opportunities resulting from the coronavirus pandemic.
