Nursultan Nazarbayev expressed condolences to families that suffered from fire

Astana, November 11, 2009 (Khabar) - Nursultan Nazarbayev has expressed his condolences to the families and friends of victims of Monday’s tragedy in Astana. Fire at the storehouses of the company "Tranzit Service" killed 14 people. State commission was founded to determine the reasons of emergency. Vladimir Bozhko, Minister for Emergency Situations has reported to the President about preliminary results of the investigation. The President instructed to bring those who are responsible for accident to the most strict liability, to eliminate the effects of fire and provide with all necessary assistance he bereaved families and victims.

Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
- Governmental commission was created on my order. You should examine everything that had happened there. All suffered families must receive assistance. Express my condolences to them. It is a pity that this happens for no reason and killed young people. Now it is early to talk about the reasons. It is necessary further investigate and identify those responsible and bring them to justice.
