Omani Culture Minister receives Bahraini ambassador

Manama, Nov. 16 (BNA): The Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth of the Sultanate of Oman, HH Sayyed Dhi Yazan bin Haitham bin Tarik Al Said received Bahraini Ambassador in Muscat, Dr. Juma bin Ahmed Al Kaabi. The minister stressed the strength of the Bahraini-Omani relations, commending the existing cooperation, and the importance of moving forward towards developing joint relations in all cultural, sports and youth fields. He affirmed the Sultanate's aspiration to enhance this cooperation and activate aspects related to the exchange of youth experiences. The ambassador expressed appreciation to the minister's cooperation and constant interest in discussing issues raised in the cultural, sports and youth fields, and opening many areas for constructive and fruitful cooperation, especially in the sports and youth fields, for the benefit of the two countries and peoples. He affirmed Bahrain's keenness to strengthen and develop these relations and expand in various fields between the two brotherly countries. The meeting discussed the mechanism for implementing the recommendations of the joint committee between Bahrain and Oman, and topics of common interest between them.
