Ombudsman's Office activities highlighted

Manama, May 29 (BNA): Ombudsman Nawaf Al Muawda received the Italian Ambassador to Bahrain Domenico Bellato. The meeting reviewed the activities, programmes, services and plans of the Ombudsman Office as well as its contributions to reinforcing respect for human right and humane treatment across all sectors. Al Muawda stressed the Office's keenness on international cooperation through the establishment of open communication with representatives of other countries, benefiting from the exchange of experience and practical skills, and learning about international best practices in the field.
