Painting exhibit to raise funds for child cancer victims

TEHRAN,April 9(MNA)– A group of children has teamed up to hold a painting exhibition in Tehran to raise funds for children suffering from cancer. Paintings by 54 children will go on display on April 11 and 12 in a showcase entitled “Future Is Mine”, Mahak Charity Society, which is the organizer of the event, announced on Monday. Mahak is an organization that offers services in the areas of welfare, medical treatment and research for the benefit of children who are suffering from cancer. The participants are the disciples of the artist Tara Behbahani, who has held seven exhibitions under the same title for seven years. The Mahak Charity Organization is located on Mahak Blvd, off Shahid Majdi Blvd. Artesh Highway, in the Aqdasieh District.
