Palestinian President honours former Saudi Ambassador to Bahrain

Manama, Dec. 11 (BNA): Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas bestowed today the Star of Merit Medal on former Saudi Ambassador to Bahrain Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmalik Al-Shaikh in tribute for his role in boosting fraternal relations between the Palestinian and Saudi peoples and supporting the Palestinian cause. Palestinian Ambassador to Bahrain Taha Abdulqader conferred the medal on the former Saudi ambassador at the Palestinian embassy in Manama, in the presence of ambassadors of brotherly and friendly countries and representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited to the kingdom.
