Parliament-government cooperation stressed

Manama, Mar. 15 (BNA): Parliament Affairs Minister Ghanim Fadhul Al Buainin received MP Dr. Majeed Mohsen Al Asfoor member of the parliamentary Committee for Financial and Economic Affairs and Human Rights Committee. They reviewed the Council's role in passing legislations that boost human rights protection, lauding MPs' efforts in representing the Kingdom at regional and international functions in this respect. The minister praised the efforts of Al Asfoor and his fellow MPs in boosting executive-legislative cooperation, especially the discussion and endorsement of the government's fiscal and economic topics. Dr. Al Asfoor praised the government's cooperation and response to all the topics discussed in the Council of Representatives.
