Peace to Prosperity Workshop welcomed

Manama, May 26 (BNA): The Bahrain Parliamentary Bloc has today welcomed the “Peace to Prosperity” economic workshop, which will be held in the Kingdom of Bahrain, in partnership with the United States of America. It hailed the stances voiced by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates in support of the planned workshop and its role in buttressing efforts to achieve development and prosperity. It stressed the importance of the workshop which will contribute to exploring political solutions, conducive to lasting and comprehensive peace for the whole region. In a statement today, it reiterated Bahrain’s unwavering support to the Palestinian people, to regain their inalienable rights, establish their independent state with Al-Quds as its capital. It stressed the importance of supporting the Palestinian economy.
