Baghdad / NINA / - Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi affirmed Iraq's interest in developing bilateral relations and joint cooperation between Iraq and Canada in a way that enhances mutual interests between the two friendly peoples. A statement by his media office stated that Al-Kadhimi received, today, Thursday, Canadian Ambassador Gregory Galligan, and during the meeting, they discussed relations between the two countries, and the importance of developing them in the political, economic, cultural, and educational fields, as well as strengthening security cooperation in the war against ISIS terrorist gangs, and in a framework for advice, training, and intelligence exchange. During the meeting, Al-Kadhimi stressed Iraq's interest in developing bilateral relations and joint cooperation between Iraq and Canada, in a way that enhances mutual interests between the two friendly peoples.
