Political Affairs Undersecretary visits Yeshiva University in New York

New York, Oct. 5 (BNA): Foregin Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa visited Yeshiva University in New York, where he was welcomed by its president Dr. Ari Berman and faculty members. The undersecretary delivered a lecture about the important role of global research and academic institutions in supporting a culture of peace and religious tolerance. He pointed out to the efforts made to activate the Abraham Accords as a model for cooperation. Shaikh Abdullah affirmed that Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, adopts peace as a stable strategic option through which frameworks of initiatives and partnerships are launched in the Middle East, highlighting that the Kingdom has established dialogue and understanding at the core of its foreign policy.
