Premier's directives to maintain top quality health services hailed

Manama, Apr. 1 (BNA): Health Minister Faeqa bint Saeed Al Saleh hailed the patronage and attentiveness of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa to the health sector. The minister was alluding to the Prime Minister's remarks upon meeting with members of the Royal Family and officials during which he affirmed the great importance given to the health sector, stressing the government's keenness to optimise health services and support health facilities to ensure citizens obtain high standard healthcare and treatment. HRH the Premier lauded the national competencies in the medical field, praising the efforts of the workers in this sector to provide world-class quality health services for citizens. The minister praised HRH the Prime Minister directives always focused in the interest of the citizens and the convenience of patients as well as closely following up the constant progress of Bahrain’s health services. The minister took pride in HRH the Premier’s appreciation of the Bahraini medical expertise and their efforts in the provision of advanced health services and describing them as the soldiers of the nation who exert all that is dear and precious for the sake of their homeland and leadership. The minister pointed out that the Ministry of Health (MoH) endeavours to implement the wise directives and to achieve the aspirations of HRH the Prime Minister to achieve the interest of all patients emanating from the ministry's belief in the importance of the provision of top quality health services and treatment to all the beneficiaries from the MoH’s services in Bahrain in addition to making Bahrain the region’s most preferable medical tourism destination.
