Preparation for on-line conference with the President of RK
Astana, November 06, 2009, Khabar – Nursultan Nazarbayev receives questions from the whole world. Moderators of specially created call-center had already received messages from USA, Russia, China, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. Kazakhstani citizens are also active. This year they will as the President a video-question for the first time. Alibek decided to ask the head of the state about lack of nursery schools. He says about 7 000 kids are in queue to be accepted by kindergartens in Astana. And there is almost no perspective to take these fond seats.
Alibek:
- Nursultan Abishevich, it would be advisable to adopt a state program and put under strict control its implementation. After all, if thousands of families solve the problem of placing children in the kindergartens, then eventually they will be able to work more efficiently for the benefit of the country's economy.
Ability to set video-question appeared in Kazakhstan for the first time. The center received 9 such appeals since the announcement of the Internet - conference with Nursultan Nazarbayev. According to the moderators, this number could be much larger.

- This year we will hold online broadcasting through the video for the first time, our service began functioning and on transmission day conference will be seen on all the portals.

Most of them concern social welfare, housing construction, observing the law and order. Kazakhstan’s people not only ask but also offer their own ideas of economic development and political decisions. People from all regions and all ages are interested in on-line conference and participants from the age 7 to 82 send their questions to the head of the state.
