President met with Viktor Chernimyrdin
Astana, October 07, 2009 (Khabar) - In his Ak Orda residency, Nursultan Nazarbayev has received the prominent Russian politician Viktor Chernomyrdin who is now an advisor to the Russian President. During their talks, they discussed integration processes in the former Soviet Republics.
Viktor Chernomyrdin, advisor to Russian President:
- I have read Nursultan Nazarbayev’s article. It is a deep economic and analytical thesis which requires a serious approach. It is great. He is a person who is well experienced and professionally educated in economics. This is very important.
Nursultan Nazarbayev also has met with the Kazakhstan Minister for Transport and Communication, Abelgazy Kusainov. He has informed the president about the state implementation of the Republic’s 2015 transport strategy. The head of state also received Member of Parliament Kenzhegali Sagadiyev to discuss the law making activities.
