PTT ready to take responsibility for the construction of gas line in Ayutthaya

BANGKOK, March 22 (TNA) - PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) has announced that PTT will be responsible for a land subsidence at a section of the Asia Highway in the Kung Lan locality in Bang Pa-in District of Thailand's central Ayutthaya Province, which occurred during the construction of on-land natural gas pipelines. SuchartTaweetiwarak, PTT Assistant President, made the announcement today, adding his company is currently investigating the site to find the cause of the recent incident, in which there was no report of casualties. The construction has been carried out by the China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau (CPP) and the Chinese company said it would take full responsibility for the damages. (TNA)
