Public Security Chief receives Saudi Border Guard Director-General

Manama, May 9 (BNA): Chief of Public Security, Major-General Tariq Al Hassan, today received Saudi Director-General of Border Guards, Vice Admiral Awad Eid Al-Balawi, in the presence of Coast Guard Commander, Alaa Siyadi. The Public Security Chief hailed the strong security cooperation and coordination between the two countries. The meeting discusses means to reinforce cooperation in maritime security, in addition to topics of common interests. The Public Security Chief hosted an Iftar banquet in honour of the Saudi official at the Public Security Officers Clubs.
